I'm having a belated b/day lunch with a cool g/friend from work,we're also getting our nails done and heading over to Mike's Gym to probably join together, she power walks and also runs and lives the next town up from me so it looks like I have a new workout partner here.Hahaha, we laugh so much at work together that this ought to be a lot of fun🙂

hehehe, that's cool... i'm sorta turning into a cardio addict myself too... although it's via basketball and running in dry sand... but hey, it works for me, keeps the pounds off, and keeps me in good shape 🙂

I was pretty sick with some sort of viral thing for a couple weeks and all I could think of was how much ground I was losing because I couldn't exercise.I feel deprieved if I can't pop on my headphones and head out for at least an hour a day🙂

I believe you live in the NE area. When us southerns here the next town up... we think about an hour drive.

I believe you live in the NE area. When us southerns here the next town up... we think about an hour drive.
