I installed Mandrake. I setup samba and ftp. Then it sat there because it was too annoying/difficult to use for anything else. I formatted eventually, and put back on WinXP.

i just rebooted after the install...it said "debian is installed but not yet configured"....now it is on the configuration screen...something tells me i'll be asking a couple questions in a minute
