I'm Displeased with Fedex

I ordered a new mouse because mine broke on thursday. I got two day air shipping. It was shipped late thursday night. So now it's monday and my package is sitting at the pacakge depot here for the Baltimore area and it's not due for delivery until 7pm tommorow night. What the hell does 2 day air mean, I count friday, saturday, monday and tuesday (7pm is the end of a day). So 2 day air really means 4 days (5 if I count Sunday). Why pay extra if you don't get the faster shipping.

2 day shipping generally means 2 business days... but I guess you're still looking at 3 days.

Saturday doesn't count, if it shipped late Thursday than Friday/Monday are the two business days, I'd expect it late tonight or tomorrow. You could call the shipper and tell them that Fedex didn't deliver on time and that you want part of the 2-day cost refunded for it.

Even if Saturday isn't a business day, that's still Friday and Monday and all of Tuesday, does 2 Day air really mean delievery on the 3rd day or on the 2nd day. Someone clarify?
