hi everyone, first of all thanks for looking and stoping by, now to bussines.
-------------------
i have a lil ugly problem, 5 days ago i left my pc downloading a demo, but energy went out and for some reasong the ups didnt shut down the pc, and it startedo to reboot itself i dont know, when i woke up i did a force shutdown cuase there was no energy, but then the next day i was going to use it , tried to turn it on and after 5 seconds it turned off by itlseft and then it turned on again, that 2 time and on the third time u shuted down, then i tried again and the same thing happened again turned off again but this time it didnt turn one anymore, so i took it to repair, and they told me the psu was dead and the mobo died too, so i got a new psu and mobo, got home and grabed my x850pro conected it plus the extra fans the case has and 5 secs after it restarted itself ....

i disconected the fans from the power and the pc booted ok, and today i was fixing the side pannel and i dont know what the hell happened but when i turned it on, 5 secs after it rebooted and that kept happening over and over then i disconected the POWER CABLE from the VIDEO CARD and there was no reboot but the messege to conect the power cable to the video card, i connected it and the reboots again, then i just used the POWER CABLE from the PSU and same thing happened reboots 5 secs after i hit the ON button, and now i end up putting my old crappy video card until i figure out whats wrong.. please help

is there a video connection on the motherboard? If yes then connect your screen to that and see if it boots or if you can atleast get into the bios. I would try taking everything else off of the mobo too. Sound cards, other HDs besides the one your OS is on and all but 1 CD/DVD drive incase you finally get it to post and it asks for a disk to boot.

there is a video conection, i tried that, but if the if the card its connected to the agp socket with the power cable the computer will reboot after 5 seconds... T_T on the other hand i am a little scared of those reboots, because my old psu and mobo died cause of that or at least that is what it looked like...

maybe the video card its messed up or something i hope thats not the case, i dont know when ill get a new one..

i was thinking it was somehow related to electrical wiring from the videocard cable or the videocards molex conector... but i really confused with all this
