...there are screaming and dancing lesbians surrounding me. I've been glaring at the performers. I think I made Sara barelleis think I was planning on attacking her with an axe.
they still do lilith fair?
Just brought it back this year, ticket sales bombed, had to cancel lots of dates.
In Phoenix it was canceled because of SB 1070, not because they only sold 50 tickets.
The return of Lilith, the touring festival co-founded by Sarah McLachlan and featuring women artists, has reacted to soft ticket sales by canceling 10 dates.
In an announcement posted on the tours website Thursday, organizers said Salt Lake City, Utah (July 12), Montreal, Que. (July 23), Raleigh, N.C. (Aug. 4), Charlotte, N.C. (Aug. 6), Birmingham, Ala. (Aug. 8), Florida towns West Palm Beach (Aug. 10) and Tampa (Aug. 11) and Texas cities Austin (Aug. 14), Houston (Aug. 15) and Dallas (Aug. 16) have been dropped from this years routing.
Refunds are available at point of purchase.
Lilith cofounder Terry McBride described the current concert environment as one of the most challenging summer concert seasons with many tours being canceled outright.
Everyone involved with the tour would like to apologize to the fans and artists scheduled to play in these markets, and express appreciation for all the support for the festivals return, McBride said. Lilith remains the only tour of its kind, and we are confident that fans will be amazed by what each date has to offer.
More than 9,000 fans attended Liliths launch in Calgary June 27. The tour plays Ridgefield, Wash., tonight at the Sleep Country Amphitheatre.

You should stand there and stare directly at the lead singer (of whatever band), and not move. See if you get noticed...
