I just had the sudden urge to eat a Spicy Baconator at Wendy's. The crazy thing is, I haven't eaten Wendy's in many months. In fact, I can't recall ever seeing an ad for this sandwich on TV. But I know of it, and now I'm craving it. Why is this?

HAHAHAHA! Dude, seriously, 2 weekends ago my roommate and I saw a Sonic ad while drunk, and we looked at each other and realized we were both wondering where the closest Sonic was. A quick search online revealed one in Fredericksburg, VA 50 miles away, and one in Delaware 80 miles away. We seriously thought about driving to Delaware (we hate Virginia!) But we realized none of us could drive, so we walked down to Ben's Chili Bowl instead!

From your posts, it sounds like you're acting like you're still in college, which is all the license I think you need. You can eat like you're in college all you want, just prepare for the Revenge of the Metabolism :D

I fell into the hype and tried the Spicy Baconator. The thing was the size of a Big Mac, but weighed as much as a two Double Whoppers. Did they dunk it in a warm fryer before they served it? Although they do use some nano technology to slice the bacon so thin, I found the thing flavorless until I hit a jalapeño. I hadn't been to Wendy's in years and I don't think I'll be going back soon.

I got food poisoning from Wendy's once. Have not eaten there since.

That was years ago.

I was thinking about Spicy Baconator as I clicked on this thread. I think you should cut out the soda and fries and get another Spicy Baconator.

Pretty amazing that their fries have no cholesterol. I wonder how many other places can claim the same thing?

Man I wish we had Wendy's in this country. Why can't they rip up every disgusting McDonald's and replace them with the clearly superior Wendy's? And while they're at it they can get rid of all the rubbish Euro-cafe-bar-things and replace them with proper pubs and clubs and resteraunts.
