I'm connected to a non-encrypted wireless network, but can't get online...

I'm at Panera Bread, where there is a free wireless connection with no encryption, and my card says that I am connected with a strong signal, but for some reason, it won't connect. I've tried both Firefox and IE.

This happened once before at the library. It said that I was connected with a strong signal, but I could not get online.

I'm using the connection to my Treo 650 via T-Mobile's data Internet plan.

Any ideas?

I had the same problem at a panera bread. The next time I went it worked fine.

Are you getting an IP Address?
