I think it mostly preference. I talked to people who bought the epox and have had no problems overclocking. You can also save alittle money on the epox. 50-75 bucks. So I guess it depends on what your plans are. But I would check out some of threads on the Epox,Asus,Abit. I've seen a lot more talk about the Epox as a great MOB. (Very Stable)
But I do have to say that Abit and Asus you pay a lot extra for the bios overclockablity where the Epox still uses switches. Up to you. I have set up Epox duron system and have had no problems setting them up.
