lepper boy,

I just received my Abit KT7-Raid and 600Mgz Duron Saturday morning. All I can say is by afternoon it was running at 1000Mgz totally stable. It's been running RC5 24/7. I can't comment on Asus because I've never used one.

I think it mostly preference. I talked to people who bought the epox and have had no problems overclocking. You can also save alittle money on the epox. 50-75 bucks. So I guess it depends on what your plans are. But I would check out some of threads on the Epox,Asus,Abit. I've seen a lot more talk about the Epox as a great MOB. (Very Stable)

But I do have to say that Abit and Asus you pay a lot extra for the bios overclockablity where the Epox still uses switches. Up to you. I have set up Epox duron system and have had no problems setting them up.

No BIOS overclock from ASUS, thats ABIT. ABIT has very high RMA/DOA rates AND charges $25 for RMA.
