Ok im running Win2K so i was told to install VIAs'(AGP Driver 4.04)
to improve stability and mainly to increase proformance.
So i went to VIAs' site d/l the AGP driver and ran the setup file.
At the top of the setup screen it says, (AGP 4x/133 Driver Setup Program)
SO i'm thinking to my self "do i want to install this"????.....
I dont know, i'm just searching for sme help........

The reason why i question this is becuse i am running a Asus K7M mobo
thats AGP 2x/ with a 100mzh bus.

Is there a different AGP driver from VIA for the 750/751 VIA chipset, that
i should be using????

Thanks

If I remember rightly, that motherboard uses an AMD 750/751 Northbridge and a VIA southbridge (Via southbridges are usually drop in replaceable for most chipets other than 8xx).

So you can't use the VIA agp drivers (AGP is a Northbridge function). You need to use the AMD AGP miniport driver instead.
