I'm thinking on using the two water heater method cause boilers are ridiculous and I'll still have to use forced air for the AC anyhow.

Then is it OK to go with one zone for the whole basement floor or are there situations where its best to split it into more zones. Basically a family room and two bedrooms and bath going in down there.
Any help is appreciated as this is more fashionable again but not a whole lot of plumbers have much input cause its just picking up in popularity.
