I've been on monitoring duty all night, and it's slow as hell. No servers down, only one ticket in the queue that can't be done until tomorrow, and the new guys cleared out the server pull queue.

someone needs to tell the newbies that they need to leave us 3rd Shift guys something to do in case we get bored
