Why is Wilson mad at House for Amber's death?

Didn't they rule out that Amber's death had nothing to do with the bus ride or picking House up? She died because she mistakenly took diet pills to treat her flu, right?

House didn't do anything on purpose, but his actions led to her death. He needed to be picked up from the bar. Remember what the note at the end said?

The flu pills wouldn't have killed her if her kidneys hadn't been fubard from the bus crash..

The bus crash destroyed her kidneys and her body could not flush out the pills. Dialysis wouldn't work because the pills bind with proteins, and it would not filter it out from the blood.

She was on both, it was the flu pills that killed her.

Earlier in the ep they had a false clue when the diet pills were in a vitamin bottle.

Oh I am sure it will. He may not have his moral compass with him anymore. We could see the show getting much more morose over the next season.
