I dont know why this would matter but it did. I have the mobo set in jumperfree mode. I set the dip switches that u use to adjust FSB backwards, instead of being set for jumperfree mode they were set for a 100 FSB. I dont know why it let me go to 120 FSB. I am now running a FSB of 133 with a multiplier of 9. Thanks all for the help and sorry I wasted your time over a stupid mistake.

Because with 100-120 your using a 1/3 divider... but over 120 the BIOS was fighting the DIPS... the dips wanted 1/3 divider the BIOS wanted 1/4.
