I'm all messed up for sleep

So I have to get up at 4am tomorrow for work. I slept from 9pm to 1:30, and now I'm eating.

I wonder just how tired I'll get if I stay up, and if I'll be able to fall back asleep for an hour in a bit.

Well I wont oversleep. I never do. I'll make it either way. 4½ hours of sleep is plenty, but it'll be tough around 2pm

Nawh, the reason I woke up was because I was wide awake. I try not to drink to much caffeine. I havn't had coffee in like 3 years, and i'd hate to get addicted again.

What I do is pop a couple of caffeine pills right before I get in the car to go home, and then crash immediately when I get there.

The past couple days I haven't gotten more than 3-4 hours of sleep; not horrible but its taking its toll. I've been up since 7:30am (its 3:40 now) and I have to be up about 8am or so. Luckily come 11am, I'm crashing and sleeping for several hours before my last class of the semester.

During my brief stint in college i slept on random days for random hours.
 
I sleep every other day for about 9-10 hours. The hardest part is just preparing for tomorrow when you won't have time for much. Leave that piece of meat in the fridge to defrost, make sure you have some clean clothes, shave, etc.
 
tough it out - and keep eating and drinking fluids to keep the body cranking. 4hrs of sleep should be enough of a boost to keep you going.

Hmm.. well I came home from work around 5pm today, and slept for 5 hours. Woke up at 10, WIDE AWAKE, and ready for the new day. Anyways, its now 2am and I have to go to work at 4:30 again. I might try to sleep for an hour in a bit, but probably with no luck.
