I mean... TECHNICALLY the lady is just about to move in and the cats are coming with, but the cats are the biggest change.

Think I'm gonna get a couple about purifiers so my house doesn't smell like cat quite as much.

Works for our two big cats at any rate, we have two, one for each cat.

Some cats are a bit leery of them, but it really keeps the odor down a lot and the wife has breathing problems but love our kittahs.

Ones 16 lbs the other is 18, they still manage to fling pellets out now and then :p
We actually just bought one of those. One cat will only pee in it for some reason. Maybe because she still has a real litter box as an option for #2, but I don't really want to replace them all and find out she really doesn't want to go in them.

If you're lucky, the cats won't like you. Otherwise your dreams of sweet bed bed with the lady friend are over.

They do like me, but they don't like feeling trapped so they never lie between us. They still walk around the foot of the bed and wake me up though...

They are just warming up :)

Teasing a bit, one of ours is standoffish and never sleeps with us.

The other one is mama's cuddle bug, but usually on the far side from me.

Cats are a bit nocturnal of course, the wife has a bad habit of gibing them a can of food between the two of them around 3:30 in the morning.

I keep telling her not to do that as they don't bother me if she's away visiting relatives or something, but she likes having them follow her around.

They know who spoils them.

Those are definitely big cats. We have a petite little thing (in the picture) and a bigger 14ish lbs fella. The big guy likes getting pet but is usually just as content lying around far away from us. The little one is more interested in people, and she'll lie on almost anybody. Luckily she's light enough that I can barely feel her hunker down on my hip when I'm in bed.

Got a screened in porch. Installed a cat door and put the litter box and food bowls out there. No bad odors in the house.

my kitty never really liked sleeping with anyone.

she liked to find her own spot and sleep there.

but cats don't have a circadian rhythm, so they sleep whenever they want.

I miss her very much. she was a fun companion outside and always getting into mischief. during autumn she would chase the falling leaves blowing around.

I took in a female feral cat over seven years ago. Hadn't had a pet in a long time.

Four weeks later... she gave me a son. SOB! I was not too amused. Hated that damn thing. Nobody would take it.

He grew out of his "teens" and became this great cat. Then he bonded, not with my wife, with me. Go figure. Turned 7 in April.

Funny thing is he is a beer cat! LOL. And no, he doesn't like the cheap shit. I only let him lick the foam or taste a drop from my finger, but he can tell if it's crap beer or some good German lager. Love the guy!

thinking of adopting a cat soon. my cat was put down a few months ago. only 8 years old and had kidney problems. he was a friendly fucker, always greeting guests. in fact he came to the door 80% of the time I got home. jus tlike a puppy dog. slept with me in bed 9 nights out of 10. it's gonna be tough to replace that kind of cat. oye.
