Am I missing anything...heatsinks, cooling devices, tools, fans, cables, anything? I want to be able to get these parts and build them without having to go to the store for more parts...

You are thowing money away on that 200gb drive.
You could get the 160 GB WD drive at compusa for $30 AR, only thing is it is PATA.

Otherwise it sounds good.

SATA is overrated...

You could also go for the Seagate 300gb PATA drive for $159-40=$119 (outpost); quieter, cheaper, and 50% larger than the Western Digital 200GB, not to mention the seagate is retail and has a 5 year warranty!

A lot of people (including me) hate rebates. I'm still waiting for a $20 rebate on a NetGear router I got over a year ago. Hell, I'm still waiting on a $40 rebate on an LS-120 drive I got about 6 years ago. Still, that's a pretty good deal on a 300GB drive.

Regardless, I certainly wouldn't be paying $139 for a 200GB WD when a 250GB Seagate is cheaper.

Seagate 250GB IDE 7200.8 $123.99 (newegg)
Seagate 250GB SATA 7200.8 $134.95 (ZipZoomFly)
