Anyone that cuts off a factory wiring harness needs a beat down. I once bought a car that some ass did that and wanted to do a title search on it just so I could do it myself. Spend the $20 you cheap ass holes.

I sort of feel you pain on that one boomhower.

My wife's old boss had his car stereo stolen a few years back. He wanted to put the stock one back in so I offered to help. Sure enough, whoever installed the aftermarket deck cut off the factory connector, likely to save $5 on the harness adapter (probably a big-box store that charged him for it anyway). Thank god he had the stock connector and more importantly there was enough of a pigtail on it for me to crimp it back on.
