First their reps are idiots. Second, they take 5 days to setup my phone. Third, they fail to repair my phone line. Fourth, their connection is about 25% of what it should be with pings of 3.7s. Now I can't even disconnect my service. They're the freaking phone company and their phone system has been screwed up all week.
I just called and they said "Please call back Monday through Saturday, 7am-11pm."
Guess what time it is?
I'm going to be pissed if they charge me for another month of service. They disconnected my phone line properly, but the person couldn't also disconnect my internet service.
