We have an annual profit sharing bonus, and I've talked to the sales guy sand it's definitely atleast a 6% bonus. It can be more than that as well ... but I will find out in our company yearly review meeting in about 10 minutes ...

the more the merrier!

EDIT:

well i'm going to be getting a nice 9.2% bonus with my next paycheck 🙂

i'll be a little closer to my goal of 20K towards owning property 🙂

When you get to 25% come talk to me. 😛

congratulations. My annual bonus should be paid out March 11. (and yep, it's roughly 25%)

Looks like this last year was a good year all around. I have been working at a credit union for the past 5 years and every year has been 5%. This previous year they brought in a new President and he re-arranged alot of the organization and created new jobs in the credit union and now this year's bonus is 8.25% of our annual salary!

It also looks like I am getting my tax return and bonus on the same day w00 payday is gonna be a sweet day!
