I'm a pork newb

Well I agreed to cook tonight and am gonna pan fry some Pork Tenderloin. It isn't very thick at all(1/2" thick?). But I have a question. How long does it take roughly to cook from frozen and what settings should I cook it at? Medium-high or Medium since they are frozen? I've never really cooked Pork before. Any tips on spices to add?

Thx

You really should defrost it first cooks much better, you might end up with a tough outside and a raw inside. If you insist on cooking it from frozen pu the pan on high and brown the outside then turn it down and simmer it in some kind of gravy or mushroom soup.
