im a born again phone case user(dropped moto x on concrete)

Feels bad but now i know to use a case from now on with my next phone. Might try to get the lg g3 or htc one m8.had a 5 month run with the moto x. RIP

Funny, same here. I was dumb enough to think my G3 would be good without a case. Two cracked screens later, now I know better. Haha.

It droped once but was still functional with a few screen cracks. Then 2 days later i dropped it again, now it doesnt even work anymore. Thought i was the master of caution and being consciously careful. Guess not. Will now use a solid case on next phone. To be fair i did get 5 months out of it, which isnt bad but my upgrade wasnt till another 12 months. What can they do at verizon for a replacement? Im assuming i won't have to pay full price

yeah after some cosmetic damage... thankfully no serious damage to my phone after one drop I invested in a case that not only will help prevent damage to a dropped device but also gives one a better grip on the device.

I wouldn't consider any case that is not noted as being drop tested according to military specifications for drop testing either.

My Otterbox Defender has already saved my LG G2 several times. It's a shame they don't make effective heatsinks though for gaming. Though, as a certain someone mentioned, the Otterbox Defender is also good for bludgeoning bears.

I'm really bumbed at the potential shot at my bank account for replacing it. My android was by far my most used device. But since I used it so much I don't feel too bad for coughing up some doe for another one.
