Theese are crazy high speeds, however, i'm not too shure about the 3-5-5-9 latencys. What is your opinion on this? Would this be faster than the OCZ 4000 stuff @ 2-2-2-5?

To even get to that speed, you'd have to have you HTT at 350. And very few boards, if any, will run that high stable.

So it all depends on how high you are going to have the HTT set, and how much the Patriot RAM timings can increase when you drop below the 700MHz rated speed.
I personally think the OCZ PC4000 would be the better option. DDR 700 seems like overkill to me.
