That's incredible. Is that from an actual credit check or one of those online check-your-credit sites? They tend to overstate your rating somewhat.

My lender told me I had an 801 when I bought my house (at 34), and he said he only sees a rating over 800 once or twice a year.

that's what I'm saying, his credit score is Canadian, so 785 is probably equivalent to 600 here

i have my own CC and i pay for car insurance. thats all ive got for credit

our system (canadian) = 0-900
