because ILLEGAL automatically makes it evil and dangerous

and he called it a gateway drug, but thats been proven to be BS propaganda, I dont recall any proof is actually addicting?

I dont smoke weed, but I dont see why it needs to be illegal, let he cops chase something else, like meth and heroine, instead of worrying about pot

Neither does weed. Think of it this way, marijuana is sold just as illegally as heroin. So anyone can sell pot/heroin and receive the same punishment. Heroin makes more money, so when you go to get your 8th from your dealer he might convince you to buy heroin. You dont buy it because you smoke weed, but because weed is ILLEGAL and you are forced to buy it from people who dont care about you and only want your money (tobacco industry type guys). If it was legal, you could go into a store, and not have heroin or drugs that are actually bad be thrown at you, you would have the choice of weed..........or weed. By keeping it illegal you are only propagating the very claims you are using to keep it illegal, its circular.

You could also say milk is the gateway to beer, and beer is the gateway to vodka/alcoholism.

Though yes i do agree far to many abuse the system. They should just legilize the stuff. it;s far safer then tabaco or liquor.

I am glad that they have made it legal for medical purposes anyway. i do hope until its really legal they really do keep a eye on who gets it
