Hit and run by illegals a few years ago. Chased their car. Took pics of car and license plates as they were fleeing the scene. Let them go when they hopped onto the interstate and began driving like maniacs.

No charges. Insurance never collected from them, so I was out of my deductible.

it's a good point but nowadays it's not really applicable imho. Nowadays there are western-style governments everywhere, back then there weren't formalized immigration laws in indian territory.
Also european immigrants used to set up new communities, the illegals mainly do salary dumping in the cities AFAIK.
