The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\....\SHELL32.dll occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.

What does this mean and how can I fix it?? I can't run CALCULATOR on my computer, because it gets this message. I think it has to do with maybe a theme I have installed. I have ChaNinja with everything possible enabled I believe, even the IE working symbol and whatnot. Anybody know? PLease help!!!
