Illegal Operation Error when loading any game after Hitman

Hi

Not much to say other than after playing Hitman, if I try and load another game, I can't! I have to reboot.

Anybody also experience this or know what it could be?

For reference:

P3-800EB, BE6-2, 256MB, GF2-GTS 32MB, SB-Live, Win98SE.

I don't know anything about hitman but I have noticed programs
that have some kind of internet access can hang when you quit them does hitman play over the internet if so could be the connection isn't
releasing as soon as you close hitman

As far as I know theres no internet play - if there is I haven't been using it. My PC uses ICS via another PC anyway...

Have you updated it! Edios has v1.92 out.

scratch that the update is for the US release.. sorry
