Legal or illegal, I think anyone coming here from another planet should check in and be documented before roaming with the general population.

What are your thoughts on the matter?

We've already got enough problems as it is trying to support humans and other animals, how the hell are we supposed to support another species which in all likelihood will need to use a lot of the same resources as us?
