Just think of it as another tax on your goods and services which businesses use to pay for legal fees. It's for a good cause: helping out persecuted illegals who are often the victims of racial discrimination.

(In some states you're not supposed to be allowed to maintain a lawsuit if you aren't a legal resident or citizen. Maybe they are perjuring themselves too?)

saw it on the news, guy AND his lawyer should get shanked

the lawyer is such a dbag, the guy goes around for the sole purpose of claiming lawsuits (he even went to a potential lawyer's restroom and measured everything), when the reporter asked the lawyer he responded "I encourage you to spend a day in a wheelchair and see how hard he has it" or something to that effect

fucking douche to the max (lawyer has a ton of other clients that do the same thing)

Who cares if he is illegal.. there are douche Americans doing the same thing. The damn courts know the law was not intended for people to make a good living suing businesses which in many cases never hear of the complaints until they are served.

The ADA is a perfect example of how the road to hell is paved with good intentions. On the whole it's a law that we'd be better off without, and if it were up to me I'd repeal it.
