I'll try any food combination once..

I consider myself a normal guy. I love food and am an avid home chef. I love all types of seafood and love pasta.

There have been instances where I have been dared to try different food combinations. Ironically, this has led me to fall in love with some strange combinations. Even I will admit this.

For instance, I love peanut butter and liver cheese sandwiches. I know it sounds gross but don't knock it until you have tried it.

Also, I am a big fan of mustard. I use it like everyone else, on sandwiches, on hotdogs, and on pretzels. But I have also found that mustard and chocolate are a great combination. Mustard and banana aren't bad either. I don't know why, but I definitely like the two.

What are some weird combinations that you like?

peanut butter and dill pickle sandwiches are quite good. can't really think of anything else strange at the moment. i might try some of these things. it can't hurt.

ooh, also i really like jelly an cottage cheese... i mix them together in a bowl and eat it. about 75% cotttage cheese and 25% jelly. i prefer grape.

When I make them I just put one on each slice. I discovered this while out 10 miles in the backcountry, left with only bread, PB, and cream cheese. I've loved it since.

Hey, what about putting cottage cheese on a salad. I have never tried it but I know several people who do. I will have to try that next..

My favorite: strawberries stuffed with anchovy paste. Sooooooooooooo good.
