I'll tell you something about shredded mini wheats

They're quite possibly the best tasting cereal ever. But!......

They must find a way to increase the life of the icing on the mini wheats. Once you put them in milk, you have about 1 minute to consume them all before the you're left with icing milk.

Frosted flakes have the best replay value, IMO
other cereals are only good for ~1 box but then get boring

I really like the nonfrosted mini ones with the strawberry preserves in them.. kind of hard to find but they're ridiculous.

The trick is to sit with the box and bowl of milk and throw in 3-4 at a time and eat them, repeat until the milk is gone 😛

It's hard with a lot of them in the bowl but as soon as I add the milk I try to turn all the mini-wheats frosting side up.

In your thread title, you combine two different brands of cereal and then, in the body of your post, you describe a type of cereal. Get it straight!

Kraft Foods makes Post Shredded Wheat. They make five different varieties: POST Original Shredded Wheat, POST Original Shredded Wheat Spoon Size, POST Original Shredded Wheat ?N Bran, POST Frosted Shredded Wheat, and POST Honey Nut Shredded Wheat.

Kellogg's makes Mini-Wheats. Kellogg's also has five different varieties: Frosted Bite Size Mini-Wheats, Frosted Maple & Brown Sugar Mini-Wheats, Frosted Original Mini-Wheats, Frosted Strawberry Delight Mini-Wheats and Frosted Vanilla Creme Bite Size Mini-Wheats.

So, which one is it? What the heck are you talking about? 😉

Seconded, this is most effective.

I like to fill the bowl halfway and then throw in 1-2 fresh ones at a time...that way, you get the mixed textures of soggy and crunchy in one bite.

The morons at Kellogs quit making the best flavor, brown sugar and cinnamon, one the two original flavors, about 10 years ago. They were great, better than most candy, and for 25 years or whatever, it was great, then, one day, they pulled the plug on them..

First Post killed Rice Krinkles, then Kellogg's killed brown sugar and cinnamon Mini-Wheats.

They are both going to hell. Quit messing with the cereal!

Captain Crunch is slightly different than it used to be, and not as good.
Corn Pops used to be called Sugar Pops and were much better.
Grape Nuts are for sissies now, they used to really be HARD. And good!
Kix are different, and are slightly off.

Leave the cereal alone!
