Do you know anyone what can be described as "squirrely?"

There's a guy here at work that can be. He's an older guy (early 60s?) and he mumbles a lot and doesn't quite know what he's doing half the time. But he's quite squirrely.

Nope, no stapler and there isn't any cubicles here. I think he tries to talk faster than his mouth will allow so fragments of sentences just come out. He's a nice guy, just real squirrely.
