That's awesome. I have just started the same crusade 5 days ago. Man, it has been rough but I am going to keep at it.

I dont think I can ever live eating just Lean Cuisine and whatever else you need to eat to maintain that.

I rather be Slightly overweight and happy.

I allow myself to fall off the wagon once in a while.. it's the only way to be successful. And I wasn't "slightly" overweight.. I was over 70 lbs overweight.


I've never been happier.. I just don't need to focus on food all of the time.

congrats!!!!

i changed my eating habits and started counting calories after my surgery last year. i lost 25 lbs... it is very rewarding.

Congrats man, and I feel ya. Last September I hit my lifetime high of 285. I'm down to 225 now, hoping to lose the last 20 by the end of August.
