thats what happeneds to a lot of weight lifters. There bodies get so big the skin stretchs and if they dont keep up with it, they have that extra skin. This is why a lot of football players turn into slobs after football

Arnold was on vacation, recovering from surgery at the time that pic was taken.

He quickly got back into shape. That pic was taken BEFORE he filmed Terminator 3.
