I have my monitor set at 1024x768 @100Hz, I just noticed on a blue background there is... hard to explain but dodgy looking bars scanning up the screen.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has this too? Took me a wee while to notice it, but when change to another resolution it doesnt seem to be there anymore. Why is this, is it a sign my monitor is goin downhill or is it normal?

Edit: I used refreshlock before for games, but have only kept the Hz at 100.
 
try that resolution at a different refresh rate, iirc those are the refresh bars, but just something is a little off.
