IIS Problems

I have a win 2000 prof websever running IIS and I have frontpage extensions installed so that I can have a form on my site and allow people to submit comments to me. However, I am at a loss as to why none of the replies are being forwarded anywhere. I have been to the form properties page and made sure that everything is set up correctly, but it still doesn't work. For this function to work do I need a mntp mail server too? Help would be much appreciated Thanks 😕

the address is http://www.american-midwest.com/contact.htm for the form, but I changed the code so that it saves them into a txt file because I was missing the comments in email form. Is there specifically something that I have to enable for it to work on the server? I really didn't set anything up for an mntp server, just a web server. Thanks
