IIS non-anonymous FTP

😕How can I configure IIS to run FTP non-anonymously? I've tried turning off anonymous access, and even when I try logging in as administrator it still doesn't let me in. I've tried changing the directory security settings as well, but that doesn't seem to help much either. Any ideas?

There are many levels that would need to be "secured" to safely run IIS FTP, even then, I would not trust it.

My only advice is to replace it with Serv-U FTP Server or one of the other well-known 3rd party solutions.
