IIS Management Console Not Working

I'm running IIS 5.1 on Windows XP Pro. While running MMC with IIS snap-in loaded, right clicking on a website and clicking properties does nothing! No properties window at all!

Additionally, within the website, right clicking on any of the folders and clicking properties yields the same problem. The properties menu works fine for the FTP and SMTP server, as well as for the root "Web Sites" folder.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled IIS several times to no avail.

Any ideas?
