IIS/FTP problem - need some advice

our FTP site has a "tagged" directory that can't be deleted so easily

need to get rid of this warez directory ASAP and hopefully without reformatting
running win NT server

any help would be greatly appreciated

You can probably do 'dir /x' in the parent directory then delete it using that name.

I don't even want to ask why you would run IIS and have anonymous access and leave it writable...
