IIS (5?) / Frontpage / InterDev problem

I'm trying to do some ASP development in Interdev (call me mad?). So I goto new project, and type in localhost (or 192.0.0.1) into the relevent box, and when I hit next it gives me a "method not allowed error". Anyone know what's up? Here's my setup:

Win2k Wkstn SP1 with IIS (5?) installed, with Frontpage extentions. Visual Studio is is patched up to SP4, and i've installed the Win2000 Frontpage extentions updates still to no avail.

The only thing the MS KB mentions is to do with NTFS permissions, but since my system is on FAT32 it doesn't really apply.

Anyone know what's up?

Here's what I figure it might be:

- ZoneAlarm going whooy (but the web server works ok, so that doesn't really make much sence).
- My Visual Studio install is b0rked, even tho i've reinstalled it a million times.

Anyone?
