IIS 5.0 logs....Where are they?

Ok, got IS 5.0 up and runnin. I checked the box to log FTP activity, but where do I go to see the logs? Where are they located?

The default folder is %windir%\System32\LogFiles.

For instance, on my machine it's located at C:\winnt\system32\LogFiles\
