IIS 5.0 email problems

I was hoping that you guys would be able to help me out with some IIS
problems. Right now I have several domains running on IIS 5.0. My
problem is email. There is a virtual SMTP server running with aliases for
each domain. When I send email to the domain, it gets dropped into the
/inetpub/mailroot/drop folder which is a good thing. My question is, how
do I import those messages into outlook express or any other email
reader? Do I have to install a POP server? I can't seem to configure
this correctly.

Also, how do you read mail that is sent to your domain regardless of the
name? e.g. stupid@blstriker.com, dork@blstriker.com, etc@blstriker.com. Do I have to
log into each and every possible address?

Thanks for your help.
