So IPod .. yea.
Shows up in My Computer and if you pull up the "Safely Remove Hardware" box it's there as an Apple IPod.
If I open ITunes nothing happens. If I try to update the software, the software updater either doesn't see it or it freezes. I've tried uninstalling it before and reinstalling it. Nothing.
I tried the IPod itself on other peoples PC and it works seamlessly.
It even works on my computer with programs like ISync which sync your contacts list from Outlook with the contacts on your IPod.
Lastly the IPod originally worked with the computer. One day (a very LONG time ago) it stopped and since then I can't update stuff from my own computer. I tried both USB 2.0 and Firewire cables. Nothing. I am begging for help .. so please help.:frown:
