iGPU and Chrome extensions won't display

Is there a known issue with iGPU (i7-3770k) and Chrome extensions not displaying correctly? I have a dual monitor setup. ASUS monitor is on the GPU, Dell monitor is on the iGPU. When I click on my extension button, it'll display a popup window. For example Pushbullet will have a small window near the extension, my ad blocker UO will have a small window. But if the CHrome window is on the Dell/iGPU monitor it won't display that window. I drag the Chrome window to the ASUS/GPU monitor and it'll display correctly.
