This one,
http://www.google.com/ig/direc...g/modules/datetime.xml

For about a day or so now, it stopped working. i.e. it shows the time and a calender, but the title is missing and the text for the date is also gone. Am I the only one with this problem, or are others facing this too? (Obviously, you need to be logged into your iGoogle homepage to see the issue)

What on earth could have happened ?

Oh, and I'm running Firefox on XP. (if it helps, but somehow, I don't think it is relevant)

Get the Todoist Gadget. It has nothing to do with the OPs problem but it rules so get it anyway. :p

Thanks. At least now I know I'm not the only one with this issue. If it still sticks around for another week, I'll need to get a replacement for it. -sigh-

Why do you need to know the date anyway? This seems to be a rather odd (useless) gadget. But as long as you're happy!

I primarly use the gadget for the analog clock. I consider the date as a bonus. :)

Why I like it ... ? Well, it's BIG, and difficult NOT to notice. And well, it's just me.

It's a question of analog or digital. I like reading an analog clock more. And yes, I have the time & day on my task-bar, but apart from my skype icon there, I don't really notice anything else.

I use a Quartz wristwatch, it's gotten me used to 'thinking' in analog terms. So, I prefer seeing the analog clock on my iGoogle. (Yes, I can look at my hand too, but an extra clock never hurts, now does it?)

Like I mentioned earlier, it's just a silly quirk of mine. :)
