I just ordered a Palm Keyboard for my dad, and a couple of the 16 meg CF cards. I tried using the free shipping for orders over $50 posted on Fatwallet, but I still got charged shipping :|

If this turns out to be a situation where the site does not
have real time inventory and they ship me only a portion of
my order, I am going to be really pissed--and my order is
going back. All I ordered was a few sets of batteries, and with the
$7 flat shipping charge, this was barely worth it. If they don't
ship all the batteries, it's not a deal at all...

If that happens, igo goes into my sh*t basket.

Kwad

I just called them up and was told everything I ordered is sold out.
I ordered:
Sony 32MB memory stick
Fireware cables
Olympus photo printer.

How are your orders?

Yes, their inventory system does suck! AND I placed the order on the phone because the web site was having a problem!!! :|

They called me back and said the items were out of stock. Luckily they called to save me from just getting batteries... I cancelled the order.

The site has restocked with quite a bit new stuff. Go check it out!

Only bummer is that you can't apply any discounts.

My experience with Igo on the closeout has been problematic. I ordered 6 items last Friday. A CSR sent me an email Saturday saying that the order had been cancelled because the products were out of stock and would not be backordered.

Yesterday I received a package with two 2-packs of 9v batteries for a price of $1.98 plus $5.99 for shipping. Did anyone else have a problem like this?
🙁

I've had similar problems. I ordered about 6 items on 2 orders. The CSR sent a brief email about two days ago telling me my "item" is out of stock. Then for no reason, she combined both of my orders, added 5 "Palm III hip cases" for 29.99 each (I wanted just one Sony case for 4.99) and now I'm over-charged $150.00. I open my package today and see nothing but junk and a couple of batteries. I'm talking with them now ...

Simply incredible, now they want me to pay for the RMA back to them. To even be considered for free shipping on THEIR mistake I have to fax confirmations to the supervisor because they have no record of my other order. Man, they don't seem to be very well setup there. Lots of work for slightly discounted batteries. Bah.
