Has Realteks best audio.. be the first to try it and let us know🙂 It's always exciting to find a diamond in the rough. I've been thinking about ordering UL8 from Abit with same chipset. I like Abit better because higher quality caps and memeory is spread out better with alternating dual channel slots.

this is a pretty simple answer really if you are deciding between the two

the VNF4 Ultra does better with Winchester than with Venice

the Neo4-F as a "219 FSB" bug with Winchester cores

so if you have Winnie=VNF4 Ultra, if you have Venice= Neo4

I have owned both, both are great boards
