Get one that offers pci/agp multiplier locks or different dividers. That leaves the MSI out. My MSI is a great overclocking board, but without the dividers im running risk of data corruption and other things as well. Running at 150fsb isnt as bad though so you might be able to get my with it. I havnt had any experience with any other boards with the P4 yet. People here use the EPOX ASUS and ABIT boards with great success.
