Apologies first, this probably should have been posted in OS's or Networking, but I was just trying to cover as many people as I could at once.

I'm looking for a disk utility similar to win9x's disk defragmentor.
I've read the owner's manual,and it makes no mention of any utility of this type.
Does this kind of utility even exist in NT, or am I just overlooking something simple?
