I'm trying to find out how a New York State Pension loan has anything to do with a Federally guaranteed student loan.

Thank you CPA!.... the email that told me about the new regulation didn't mention it (and caused a great deal of stress) Thus, under the stress, I missed the one line about the education loan being from the pension fund... Idiot mistake of mine by not reading carefully enough as I was panicking.
